At her 2-year checkup, these were her stats: 34 inches tall, just over 24 pounds. Still hovering in that 50th percentile. We liked the pediatrician that we saw (not bad for picking blindly)--he is from New Oreleans, of all places. She had to get one shot (Hep A), and she didn't even bat an eye. Granted, we practice the routine, and she performed perfectly: "Grrrr (demonstrating toughness during shot)--where's my bandaid?!" She loves bandaids.
Favorite things: princess stuff, gum, Blues Clues, coloring with pens, going to the park and/or pool, and watching one of three movies: 101 Dalmatians...then it switched to the Bee movie...and this week we introduced Monsters, Inc.

Yay!! Go Emily!! You are such a big girl!! The 50th percentile is a good place to be!!
(DR.Azzawe, saw Aidyn about a month ago and decided that even though he is still in the 50%,since he isn't on the same large curve that he was when he was much younger,we needed to take him to a nutritionist!!! She made me feel like a horrible mom. She sent me home with a huge packet of papers on how to feed your child!! :( We of course have decided that Aidyn is fine and we are not taking him to see a nutritionist!!)
Sounds great. Emily is growing up fast. She is such a cutie and what a great talker. "Where's my bandaid"... what a tough girl.

it'd be great to see you too. i'm out of town next week (21st) to see my folks up north but then i'll be around. did you ever get the diapers? yes, at a park with jess too, that'd be fun.
