Santa!!

So, this is much of what the first several minutes looked like:

I would put Ellen by Santa, and she would bolt.

Abby, meanwhile, was just fine.

Fire truck parade

Last weekend the Clackamas Fire Department drove around Kim's neighborhood and collected food & toys. The girls were very excited to see so many fire trucks.

Zoo

Last Friday, Cindy and I took the girls to the zoo. It was freezing (literally), but sunny, so we went while we had the chance.

Ellen saw some lizards, which made her day. She even had her lizard look at its relatives.

Um, apparently lorikeets like Aunt Cindy.

The Cinnamon Roll Debacle

Jon went to youth group. The girls were eating dinner. I started a show for Emily and went into Abby's room to feed her (comfy chair, and I didn't have to watch any more cartoons). I came back to free Ellen from her chair, and discovered that she had pulled the cinnamon rolls over and "de-frosted" them. Whoops.
