Zoo

Last Friday, Cindy and I took the girls to the zoo. It was freezing (literally), but sunny, so we went while we had the chance.

Ellen saw some lizards, which made her day. She even had her lizard look at its relatives.

The Cinnamon Roll Debacle

Jon went to youth group. The girls were eating dinner. I started a show for Emily and went into Abby's room to feed her (comfy chair, and I didn't have to watch any more cartoons). I came back to free Ellen from her chair, and discovered that she had pulled the cinnamon rolls over and "de-frosted" them. Whoops.

SHEER JOY:

Due to some allergy + pneumonia issues, we got an artificial tree this year. The girls were ecstatic while we decorated, and I'm very grateful that Grandma Welch made mostly indestructible ornaments.
